Alpasion Cabarnet Sauvignon WT

This is a classic Cabernet from the Mendoza region with the ripeness of the fruits being the most outstanding quality.  The small percentage of oak adds complexity and balance without overpowering the fresh fruit flavors.  The Alpasion winery utilizes shallow containers when hand picking grapes to maintain grape quality until the fruit is processed at the winery.  Once at the winery, hand sorting takes place to ensure only the best grapes are used to make the high quality wine.
