This exquisite organic extra virgin olive oil is made from several Spanish olive varieties, among them picual, hojiblanca, lucio, and loaime. The result is an oil with an intense fruitiness, that is slightly bitter and spicy on the palate. Certified organic by S.C. CAAE.
